Help improve our services
By joining the Community Feedback Group, you can participate in community feedback sessions to support community in accessing life-changing resources. These sessions include surveys, testing web pages, interviews and more. Our goal is to enhance the quality of our services.

Sign up using the form to receive emails about upcoming feedback opportunities such as surveys and interviews.
2. Give Feedback
If you see an opportunity you’re interested in, follow the steps listed in the email to participate and share your feedback.
3. Receive rewards
After successfully participating in a feedback opportunity, you will a receive rewards link from us via email or text message.

How will my feedback be used?
Your feedback will be incredibly valuable to us as we work towards the following goals:
- Enhancing the current functionality of One Degree
- Generating innovative ideas for future platform changes
- Addressing any issues or concerns you may have
We highly prioritize your privacy and anonymity. We will never share any of your information with external parties unless we have obtained your permission in advance.
Who should join the Community Feedback Group?
We welcome any and all people to participate in the Community Feedback Group. We especially encourage those who have experience as a:
- Help seeker who has sought resources in the past
- Direct service provider who finds resource on behalf of others
You do not need to have any specific education or training to participate. However, the following will help:
- Ability to speak in English or Spanish
- An email address or phone number
- An internet-enabled device for specific sessions such as website tests or zoom interviews
How often can I participate in sessions?
You can participate in as many or as few sessions as you would like. Note that feedback sessions will happen on an irregular basis and will not be enough to provide a steady income.
Specific feedback opportunities may have specific requirements on a case-by-case basis.
What type of rewards do you give out?
The amount of reward you will receive depends on the type of feedback session. Don’t worry, we’ll always let you know upfront how much reward you can expect. Feedback opportunities like interviews and focus groups that require more time and effort generally come with higher rewards.
We send rewards through Tremendous, a trusted payment company. After you participate in a feedback opportunity, Tremendous will send you a link to claim your rewards. This link will take you to a page where you can choose the type of reward you prefer: a pre-paid VISA code or an Amazon gift code.
The best part is, you don’t have to sign up for any additional services to receive your rewards. It’s hassle-free and easy!
Can I opt out of the Community Feedback Group?
Yes, you can opt out at any time. Simply click on the “Unsubscribe” link in the feedback opportunity emails or feel free to reach out to us at help@1degree.org.
